Our research chair launches mentorship program for young scholars, mainly MA students, PhD candidates and Postdoc fellows to promote research on forced displacement. The chair provides small grants, advisement, and training for the selected mentees. The small grant is meant to help young scholars in their data collection. The advisement is in a form of co-advisement provided for the students will be coming from different departments. The training mainly focuses on research methodology (i.e., both qualitative & qualitative) and ethics. Six mentees (i.e., four MA, two PhD & one Postdoc) are selected and engaged in our mentorship program for 2023/2024 AY.
